Changed Lives
“My mom went to jail and my siblings and I went into foster care. Since then and since coming to Fairview, I’ve been able to get closer to God again. My brothers and I have learned how to act better together. We understand some things that happen in life happen for a reason. I’ve met many amazing people at Fairview that I am thankful for. I’m glad that God has done all this for me because now we’re closer than ever and that’s all I need to be happy.

Before coming to Fairview, I was the farthest away from God I have ever been. I prayed and read my Bible slim to none. Now, I go to Fairview, a place I can call home with a group of people who are friendly. I pray and read my Bible so much more now and I love it.

I learned how to stay close to God at 3DYC and show the gospel to friends.

I always used to go to church as a kid, but for some reason I stopped coming. I didn’t really lose my relationship with God, but I wasn’t thriving in my love for Him. Since coming to Fairview full-time, I’ve had such a better relationship with God.

Now that I read my Bible more, my life is better

I wasn’t as close to God as I wanted to be. I decided to go to 3DYC and the entire experience got me closer to Him than I ever imagined I could be!

My life changed when my little sister got leukemia. We relied on God and He healed her quickly and helped her and my family through everything. My whole family has grown closer to God because of what happened.

Not too long ago, I decided to start attending every Fairview activity I was able to. This really fueled my passion for Christ. I now want to continue learning more about God and about the church. This really strengthened my love for God and desire to know more about Him and tell others about Him

At 3DYC I drew closer to God because they spoke about many things that I had struggled with.

I hadn’t been to church that much in my life, but I’m starting to come more and I can really feel my relationship with God growing.

I find that my life is being changed everyday. Everyday I notice something new and amazing about my God. And He shows me how completely undeserving I am. Even still, He shows His love for me just as often. I am constantly being molded by my God

Before I came to Fairview, I relied only on myself. Now I know that I need to have faith in God. He controls my life and I am honored and unworthy.

I was very lukewarm in my faith, then I started coming to youth group at Fairview and now I am much closer to God.
