Thank you
|
Linda and I say a huge thank you for your many notes and expressions of encouragement, and your generosity toward us at the 40th Anniversary and Homecoming Celebration last Sunday. The service was blessed by God. The noon meal was delicious and the open house allowed us to reminisce with friends we had not seen in years. It has been a wonderful time leading Fairview Missionary Church for 40 years and there are still many more years of ministry ahead. Sunday’s message and the videos used in the service will be on our website by this Thursday.

Transition Sunday Announced
|
The Fullers and the Greenwoods, with the approval of the Church Leadership Board, have set Sunday, January 25, 2015, as Transition Sunday. That Sunday I will transfer the leadership of FMC to Pastor Joel and I will become Caring Pastor at Fairview.
There will be one service that day, at 10:00 a.m. No other ministries will take place that morning. The toddler and infant nursery rooms will be staffed by daycare workers who do not normally attend FMC so all Fairview attenders can participate in this historic Sunday. If all goes according to plan, that service will be live on the internet for those who are not able to be here that day.
Details about the transition of Pastors can be found in the booklet “Answering Your Questions about the Transition of Pastors at Fairview Missionary Church,” available in the literature rack across from the mailboxes.
Thank you for your prayers and support during this two year transition.
