Jake graduated from Bethel College in 2005 with a teaching degree. He taught elementary school for 3 years and then became a resident director at Goshen College for 3 years. He received his masters in ministry from Bethel in 2011. Jake started working at FMC in June 2011.  He and his wife Amber have returned to their home church since birth where Jake is the Connections Pastor. They have two sons, Micah and Levi, and a daughter, Gabriella.
