On Monday I watched the rehearsal for the Christmas scene in the Easter presentation of The Story – The Musical. It was heart touching. This Sunday in The Story we come to the birth of the King. But Bethlehem was not Jesus’ first blush with earth. We see him several places in the Old Testament too. With good weather this weekend, we should have normal attendance.

Maybe the reason we still have snow is God knew that this week in The Story is the the story of Christmas and He wanted us to have a white Christmas in March.

I think under the 5 foot snow pile at the end of my driveway there are tulips and daffodils yelling “let me out, let me out!!”
