Norm’s Notes
April 24, 2015
Next Tuesday our Supreme Court will hear arguments about changing the definition of marriage in our country. They will make their ruling known the end of June. No matter which way the court rules, it will be a defining historic moment for our nation. We should all be brought to our knees with prayer and fasting so that the spiritual forces of righteousness will be brought into the fight. Visit pray4marriage.org for more information.
My Wednesday night small church just finished David Jeremiah’s “Agents of the Apocalypse” preaching series. Very good!! We are going to continue the prophecy theme for the next three weeks with the showing of the movie series “A Thief in the Night.” This series was shown in 1988 at FMC and was a part of the biggest moving of the Holy Spirit I had ever seen. Start time is 6:30 p.m., Wednesdays, April 29, May 6, and May 13 in rooms S103-104. Don’t be late for the first one. The first five minutes of the first DVD sets the story for all the others.
See you Sunday!

Building News
Pastor Joel mentioned last Sunday the need to replace half of the church roof at a cost of $70,000. We have raised $47,500. Your gift of any amount is very helpful. We are not even on the contractor’s schedule until we get close to the $70,000. Thank you for your generous giving. For more information, click here.

Trips with Pastor Norm
I am thinking about trips with Pastor Norm for the summer.
Let’s return to Fair Oak Farms. That was good.
I want to eat at Memories Pizza in Walkerton, IN. They need our encouragement.
Also thinking about hopping on the train in South Bend and riding to Chicago to see the sights.
How about Meijer Gardens in Grand Rapids?
Tell me what you’d like to do.
Breakfast with Norm and Linda
Each Saturday in May, 7:30 a.m. at Sutton’s Deli in downtown Angola. Everyone buys their own. Let’s solve all the world’s problems and some of our own too.
