A leftover thought from Mother’s Day… “I know evolution is not true because if it was, moms would have more than two hands.”

Each week in staff meeting the church staff goes over a list of names of people who have missed three Sundays in a row and we ask, has anyone seen these people in church in the last three weeks or does anyone know why they have missed church for three weeks. If not, then we send an email to those we have not seen, saying we have missed them and we hope they return soon. We often get an email back thanking us for keeping in touch while they are gone.
A while ago I got an email from someone who has been missing from FMC since last August. Where had they been? Teaching in a mission school in Honduras. They will return to FMC in June. Good job.
When Ed Teegardin is missing, he is probably with Samaritan’s Purse leading a disaster recovery team, mostly in the US but sometimes overseas too. Thisvideo has him in it. Another good job.
What are you doing when you are not in church?
