This Sunday we continue the series “Say it again, Pastor” with a message on “forgiving grace”. We have all heard it said “forgive and forget” but many people cannot forget, therefore they feel they have not forgiven the one who wronged them. The truth is, only God has the ability to “forgive and forget”. Just because you have not forgotten does not mean you have not forgiven.
One of the songs we are singing this Sunday is Matthew West’s song, “Hello, My Name is”. Listen here.
Everyone does a “throw back Thursday”. I thought I would do one of Billy Graham, 1970. Only 3 minutes long.

Facebook is filled with pictures of the first day of school for kids. A link for all parents (especially moms) who have sent their kids back to school or off to college. It’s a little long but very good. ____________________
Many on the church staff and their families took an outing to a Tincaps game on Monday night. That was fun. Glenn and Jean and Ryan and Jessica got their pictures on the big screen for “Kissing Cam”, Joel caught a t-shirt, and it was $1 night at the concession stand. The Tincaps won in ten innings. We need to do this again.
