I like new small groups. 21 new people will meet at my house Sunday night to prayerfully create three new small groups. They are “test driving” a small group.
I like partnering with missionaries who make disciples – like Don Riley in Liberia. Don and team need ten new motor bikes, and the gasoline to run them, to keep their ministry going. Read Don’s letter
here. I like praying for ten people to each buy a motor bike and then for 400 people to give $25 each to fill the bikes with 5 gallons of gasoline. I like watching God work in these challenges. We will receive a special offering September 1 but you may give any time.
I like Pastor Joel’s preaching and I know you do too. I like sitting in the seat with my wife in the worship service.
I like new spiritual life. I will baptize 6 people in Lake James around noon on Sunday. It is a family and friends baptism. This will be fun.
I like the people I work with.
I like it when people follow God into ministry. We have families seeking God’s leading.
I like the 8:00 small church I have been attending the last three Sunday mornings. Very good teaching and fellowship. What small church do you attend?
I like the new sermon series “The Story” starting October 6. It is the story of what God has been doing on earth between Genesis 1:1 and Revelation 22:21.
I like it when people follow God and step into ministry. There are many opportunities for ministry at the church. See Jessica’s video.
I really like FMC big time. Tell others what you like about the church as you invite them to come with you.
