Norm’s Notes September 19, 2013

Pastor Norm 

 
1.  Clothes are piled higher on the tables for the Children’s Resale than ever before. This Saturday shoppers will start to line up about 7:15 a.m. with coffee in hand. Doors open at 8:00. This is fun. We anticipate 800 or more shoppers. Thanks to those who make this happen. 

2.  This Sunday is the last in the “How to Get Through What You are Going Through” series. The first three sermons are online here. Be sure to pick up your “The Story” book in the foyer this Sunday. New series begins October 6 with a previewSeptember 29. The reading schedule begins September 30.

3.  This Sunday, 6 p.m. in the sanctuary, concert with Buddy Liles.
4. The next WOW event will be very good. Monday, September 23, 6 p.m. in the gym. Soup and salad (please bring a salad to share). Sign up at the Connection Center this Sunday. See the details here. 

5.  Secret Keeper Girls, Tuesday, September 24 6:30 p.m.

Special pre-show concert at 6:10. Doors open at 5:30. More information here.
