Update: My friend's husband, Nathan, had surgery today. He is expected to have the trach in for a month, have his jaw wired shut and wear a neck brace afterwards.

My friend Lisa's husband, Nathan, was in a hunting accident yesterday(Sat). He had surgery to remove the slug that was lodged in his throat and has a shattered jaw. Last I heard he was out of surgery but they hadn't been able to see him. Please keep him and the family in prayers.

Please pray for my husband, Gene. He is being evaluated Dec. 14 for whether he has bone surgery or not. He has osteomylitis (infection of the bone) in his foot and has already had six weeks of infusions (7 days a week). He is diabetic which doesn't help matters any.
