Please pray that I find a good paying job soon. I quit a job I had in order to take another job but then found out the other job doesn't start until October. It is so difficult to find one that pays enough after taxes are taken out!

Please pray for my husband that he would put the Lord first and honor our marriage. That he would put the Lord first in our finances. Pray that the Lord would bless my husband’s work, that he would be diligent and prosperous and given favor both with the Lord and man. That he would be the head and not the tail. That everything he does would prosper. Pray that no weapon formed against us would prosper. That the Lord would give him wisdom, knowledge, and discernment. Pray that the Lord would give him the strength to walk into opportunities he provides. That the Lord, would infuse his character with courage for daily decisions and heal the past wounds of my husband’s heart. Pray the Lord would guide my husband as the leader of our home. Help my husband’s parenting to reflect Jesus Christ to our children. May his leadership skills be empowered by the mind of Jesus Christ. Pray the Lord would lead my husband's hand and heart in our relationship, his work, our home, community, and church. Also please pray a guard over his heart, mouth, and mind, Jesus. Also to protect him from temptation and to be filled with the Holy Spirit. Lastly, pray for him to have encouraging and godly friendships. Break any soul times or relationships that are not from the Lord. In Jesus Name Amen.

Update from Roger and Eleanor Gingerich who are past FMC attenders and moved to Canada. Hey there! Eleanor is doing well. We are at the 1/2 way point in chemo. There is blood test evidence that the chemo is working and she still has no significant side effects from the chemo. Our life is now one of following the schedule and isolating from sick people due to her low immunity. As you can imagine, this is hard for Eleanor. 10 more weeks of treatment!!!

I have worked with youth for several years, and have recently become a pastor of a small church. I continued to hold youth Bible study for these youth, but they are beginning to stray...not just from the group, but from the Lord. My heart really hurts and I don't know how to explain it. The church attendance as well has not increased...if anything it has decreased. I am discouraged and really, really hurting. My family knows how difficult this is for me, but I am struggling...do I step down from everything, or continue? I am not a self-centered person, but I feel like several people I've thought so much of and put so much trust in are being inconsiderate and take advantage of me because of the love I have for them. I don't know how to approach this and I'm not even sure if I want to continue to any relation with some people. Please pray for me, and pray for the youth that are straying, and that the Lord will send some encouragement. Pray for my church and church family. Pray that the
Lord will send me something to fill me with the joy and excitement of service. Pray that the excitement of serving the Lord will fill my church members and youth, regardless of whether I am there or not.

I am requesting prayers for Karen, my ex-wife, who had a severe heart attack on Thursday, January 25th. They found no blockage. They have yet to discover the cause. She suffered heart damage. They don't know if her heart will ever heal or not. She is home resting for a few weeks and could really use plenty of prayers. Trouble at work. Bosses look down on us laborers. They keep track of all our mistakes and seem to want to find fault. I need work. Please pray I work to the glory of God, impress my bosses, and find work I will excel at.
